Andrew Scott Marin

Andrew Scott Marin, born on May 14, 1974, at Inspiration Hospital in Miami, Arizona, left this world on April 21, 2026, in his beloved hometown of Globe.

Andy’s life journey was deeply rooted in Globe, where he graduated from Globe High School in 1992. His passions were many from the thrill of bike riding and traveling to his love for cooking and savoring good food.

He is survived by his parents, Alfonso and Mellie Marin; his sister Angel and her husband Manny Ruiz; his brother Derek and wife Marissa Marin; his beloved nieces Myranda Dugan, Demmi Marin, Romee Marin; and his nephew Dylan Marin.

Andrew is preceded him in death by grandfathers Alfonso Marin Sr., Mike Lopez, grandmother Ruth Lopez, nephew Darryn Dugan, and Uncle Mike Lopez Jr.

Services to honor Andy’s life include a rosary and mass at Holy Angels Catholic Church on May 16, 2026, at 201 South Broad Street, Globe, followed by a burial at Globe Cemetery, located on Hackney Avenue. These gatherings will provide a space for friends and family to celebrate his spirit and the profound impact he had on all who knew him.

Andy had a big heart and very giving person. He loved his nieces and nephew like his own and was loved by all his family.
