BETTY LORENE HARDEN

In loving memory of Betty Lorene Harden October 15, 1957 - November 13, 2025

Betty Lorene Harden (Born Betty Lorene Williams) was welcomed into this world on October 15, 1957, the cherished daughter of Leonard and Clita Williams.

 Betty was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her loyal husband, James Harden, her loving daughters, Sharla Porter and April Galeski, and her seven beloved grandchildren who were the lights of her life.

 A proud Texan from Stephenville, Betty carried a warm, bold, and spirited heart wherever she went. At 16, she made Globe, Arizona her home, and she embraced its community with love. The Pinal Mountains were her sanctuary, a place where she felt most connected to nature.

Betty lived life with joy and fearlessness boldly living her life to the fullest. You could find her dancing on dusty old floors, moving as if the music lived in her soul. She raced cars on the dirt track, fished joyfully, splashed through rivers with the freedom reminiscent of her youth. Her compassion knew no bounds especially for animals as she rescued every stray that crossed her path. Betty is loved by so many friends and family. She will always be remembered and truly missed.

 She leaves behind a legacy of strength, beauty, grit, and tenderness with her spirit full of fire and gentleness in her heart. Betty will be loved beyond all time.

 We take comfort in the promise of her eternal peace in the words of John 14:1-3

Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am.
