Ciallella (Cuniff), Carol Ann

Passed away peacefully at the age of 86 on July 18, 2025, after a long illness. Resident of Globe, Arizona. Daughter of the late Francis D. Cuniff and Mary E. Cuniff (Scanlon) of Milford, MA. Preceded in death by her husband, Emil A. Ciallella Jr. and survived by two sisters-in-law, Rose Wilson of Kalamazoo, MI and Dr. Louise Ciallella (Dr. Bruno Browning) of Madison, WI. Also survived by four nieces and nephews, Dr. Shelley Piasecki of Sheboygan, WI, Dr. Thomas Piasecki of Madison, WI, Dr. Jennifer Driscoll of Kalamazoo, MI, and Jeffrey Wilson, Esq. of Scarsdale, NY, together with six great nieces and nephews.

Carol was a longtime librarian at the Miami Memorial Library in Miami, AZ. A graduate of Anna Maria College and Simmons University, she was an active member of the Globe Rotary Club for many years. She enjoyed a great library, good books, selecting gifts for her nieces and nephews, her cats, and, of course, her Boston Red Sox. In later years, she developed a circle of new friends and enjoyed telling stories of growing up in New England.

Special thanks to the staff at Heritage Health Care Center who diligently cared for her for many years. Private interment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona where she will join Emil once again.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord. Raise her up to be with you on the last day. Amen.
