Chester Charles Neeley, a beloved member of his community and dedicated family man, passed away on February 9, 2026, in Globe, Arizona. He was born on September 17, 1943, in Phoenix, Arizona. A proud Navy Veteran, Chester served his country with honor before embarking on a successful career as the head plumber for the Cartright School District.

Chester was a High School Graduate whose commitment to his work and family reflected his values. Throughout his life, he loved riding his motorcycle and enjoyed the thrill of visiting casinos, yet his greatest joy centered on his family.

 Chester is survived by his daughters, Lana Rawley, and Nina (Jim Ray) Enfield, his grandchildren: Kalub Lopez, Kalby Lopez, Kasey Lopez, Rochelle Pedroza, Preston Tiberio, Rainie Rawley, Cody Enfield, Brianna Enfield, Colleen Rawley, and several great-grandchildren.

Chester was preceded in death by his parents Chester and Luise Neeley, his daughter Monika Neeley Schimberg, grandson Junior Tiberio, great-grandchildren Monika Valenzuela and Cerenity Pedroza, son-in-law Dan Rawley, and the love of his life, Kaci Crawford.

Services are held privately by family.
