He was 68.
A Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 9:45 A.M. on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints in San Carlos, AZ.
Funeral Services will follow immediately after.
Interment will be held at Northgate Cemetery in San Carlos, AZ.
