It is with heavy hearts and joyful remembrance that we announce the passing of our beloved "Ellie-Bellie", Ellie Ann Reeder, born on May 11, 2004, in Globe, Arizona. Ellie left this world unexpectedly on December 25, 2025, after an automobile accident on Christmas Eve. She leaves behind cherished memories and a bright spirit that will forever light our hearts.
Ellie was a vibrant soul, proud of her accomplishments, especially her high school graduation and the lessons she learned during her four years in the ROTC, where she developed a sense of discipline and leadership that set her apart. With that training, she thrived in her career and valued her role as Assistant Manager at Family Dollar.
A true lover of the outdoors, Ellie had a passion for fishing and camping, where she found tranquility and joy. Whether she was with family and friends by the lake or sharing updates on Tik-Tok, her laughter and enthusiasm were contagious.
Ellie is survived by her boyfriend Karsen Feyen, and her dedicated parents, W. Shawn and Bobbie Barbee, her biological father Robert Cody Reeder, and Rose Starcher who Ellie called "Mom". She also leaves behind her sisters; Desia (Corey) Green, Brandy Reeder, Anna Reeder, Katelynn Cooper, Bonnie Freeland, Shawnalee (Kyle) Pelletier, Sabrina (Josh) Boyden, Izzy (Joey) Barbee, Jeanette Barbee, and Arianna Barbee. There are also many nieces and nephews, including Stephanie, Jewel, Tanner, Bentley, and Jackson, as well as countless others who called her "Auntie". All of these and many more will carry her memory close to their hearts.
Ellie was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Jo Reeder, her papa, Robert Cody Reeder Sr, and her grandmother, Audrey (Smitty) Smith.
