FRANKIE DEAN GILLETTE

Frankie Dean Gillette was welcomed into the arms of our Lord on 08/19/2025 with a loving family waiting for her at the gates of Heaven. Frankie was born 11/20/1941 in Globe AZ to Frank and Claudine (Jackson) Gillette. She was one of three children, with older brother John Lewis and baby brother Fred. Through her life she lived in various places with the family moving around following her father’s assignments as an Arizona Highway Patrolman, finally settling in Superior AZ and resided there the rest of her life. It is there that she met her husband Grant Denton and had her only child Chona “Jody” Denton-Falquez. She was a full-time mom and wife until later in life when she worked at the local grocery store, sold real estate, but was ultimately drawn to the area of public service, first as a Pinal Co Sheriff’s Office Dispatcher and then as a Correction’s Officer for the Arizona Prison System and finally as a contracted guard for Immigration. Frankie is survived by her older brother John Lewis (Judy) Gillette, sister-in-law Janell Gillette, daughter Chona “Jody” (Refugio) Falquez, Stepdaughters Carrie (Ken) Power, Carlene Denton, and Katherine (Roy) Willis. Grandchildren Sylissa Falquez, Felicia Tomerlin, Tifanie Armenta, and James's “Jr” Macias with many nieces and nephews that she loved and adored.

A celebration of life will be held September 20th, 2025, at 10:30am at the
