Jeremiah Cosen, age 37, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona, where he was born and raised. His life, though brief, was filled with moments of joy, love, and meaningful connections that touched the hearts of those who knew him.

Born on March 16, 1988, in Phoenix, Jeremiah grew up in a community enriched by the warmth of family and friendships. He carried with him a spirit of kindness and a zest for life that shone brightly in his interactions with others. As a person who valued relationships, Jeremiah was known for his compassion and willingness to lend a helping hand to those in need. His laughter and positivity were infectious, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Jeremiah's journey will be honored during a viewing and funeral service at the PFC Michael A. Noline Activity Center in Peridot, Arizona. The viewing will take place on August 28, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by the funeral service, which will start at 11:00 AM and conclude at noon.
