Kathleen Ann Speer, a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and respected professional, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2026, in Globe, Arizona. Born on October 29, 1957, in Watertown, South Dakota, Kathleen's life was marked by her unwavering dedication to her family, her career, and her passions.

Kathleen earned her bachelor's degree and went on to build a fulfilling career as a B.O.A at Edwards Jones Financial She enjoyed riding her horses, loved dogs, cats, and enjoyed the freedom of riding her Harley, interests that brought her much happiness throughout her life.

She is survived by her beloved husband, David Speer, her sister Beverly (Gary), her brother Miles (Donna); her daughter Carrie Speer; and her grandson Brody and nieces and nephews who held a special place in her heart.

Her journey was preceded by her dear parents, Robert and Eleanor Baska, whose memories she carried with her always, and her brother Mark Baska.

Kathleen Ann Speer was a woman of grace and strength, whose warmth touched all who knew her. Her memory will endure through the lives she enriched and the love she shared. She will be deeply missed yet fondly remembered by all who had the privilege to know her.

Memorial Services for Kathy will be on June 13, 2026, at 11:00am at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
