Kay Jean Valenzuela (Ms. Kay), of Globe, Arizona passed away surrounded by her family on April 27, 2026. She was born on January 19, 1949, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Issac and Montine Shaw.
Ms. Kay was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She worked for many years as a manager for Parcel Delivery, but what she enjoyed most of all was being a homemaker. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Kay was very consistent with checking up on her loved ones, making sure they had what they needed along with providing the most love and care she could! She was a life member of the Calvary Shadows Assembly of God Church.
Kay is survived by her loving husband, Jerry, along with her son Jay (Bobbie) Valenzuela, grandchildren, JD Michael, Lacye & Trenton. Also, four great-grandchildren & many other family members and friends.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Issac & Montine Shaw. Her brother Gary and sister Carol Shaw along with one grandson, Ronald Valenzuela.
Ms. Kay was a very special woman and will forever be remembered in our hearts.
There will be a Memorial Service at 2:00 PM on May 23, 2026, at the Calvary Shadows Assembly of God Church. 815 S. Verde Lane-Globe, Arizona 85501.
