Kevin James "Rainman" Nolan, 75, passed away on September 13, 2026, in El Paso, Texas.

Kevin was born on September 11, 1951, in New York and grew up on Long Island. He attended North Babylon High School before eventually making his way to Arizona.

After arriving in Arizona, Kevin worked for American Express while attending Phoenix College. He later found his calling in law enforcement, joining the Phoenix Police Department before proudly serving his country in the United States Army. Kevin served for three years as a Military Police officer, attaining the rank of Sergeant. Following an overseas tour in Korea, he was stationed at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

Following his military service, Kevin joined the Globe Police Department, where he proudly served the community for 20 years and rose to the rank of Sergeant. During his time with Globe PD, he also became a certified Drug Recognition Expert (DRE).

After leaving the Globe Police Department, Kevin continued serving his community as a Deputy Constable and later became Security Director at Apache Gold Casino. He eventually began a new chapter in real estate and finished his career as a Realtor with Stallings & Long Realty.

Kevin and his wife, Patty, shared 44 years of marriage and built a life filled with family, friendship, and many memories together.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Ramona Nolan, and his stepson, Timmy Roberts. He is survived by his loving wife, Patty; his children, Kelly (Joe) Fant and Jason Nolan; his grandchildren, Joey (Emily), Christian, Evan, and Trinity who he treasured. Sister, Gerrie Nolan and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Kevin loved hunting and spending time outdoors. He also loved riding with the Choir Boys and treasured the camaraderie, friendships, and time spent on the road. He was a member of American Legion Post #4, Elks Lodge #489, the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge, The Army 512th Military Police Company Association, and the Globe-Miami Gun Club.

Kevin lived a life of service, but more importantly, a life filled with family, friendships, and experiences that gave him plenty of stories to tell. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family, friends, fellow officers, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Services will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Holy Angels Catholic Church in Globe, Arizona. A viewing will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by the Rosary at 9:30 a.m. and Mass at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Globe Cemetery.
