Louis Federico Jimenez, 64, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He was born in Miami AZ on August 28, 1961, and raised in Claypool AZ. Louis was a devoted husband to his beloved wife of 21 years, Kelly Sue Jimenez, and a proud father to Louie, Chris, Christopher, Alyssa, Johnathan, Timothy, Emma, and Stephanie.
He was also a deeply cherished Tata who found joy in spending time with all of his grandchildren. Louis was known for his playful personality and his ability to make everyone laugh. He loved teasing those he cared about most, and his sense of humor was one of the many ways he showed his love. He enjoyed playing games with his wife, children, and grandchildren and created countless memories filled with laughter and love. One of Kelly’s most treasured memories was the game they shared called “Touched You Last,” a simple but meaningful tradition that reflected the fun and deep connection they shared.
Louis was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Contreras Jimenez; his father, Jose De Jesus Jimenez; his brother, Jose Jimenez; and his sister, Amelia Songer. Louis will be remembered for his big heart, his unwavering love for his family, and the joy he brought to every gathering. His presence was larger than life, and the memories he created will be cherished forever.
He is survived by his loving wife, KellySue Jimenez; his children, Louie, Chris, Christopher, Alyssa, Johnathan, Timothy, Emma, and Stephanie; his grandchildren; his sisters Mary, Teresa, and Yolanda; and many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
