Louis Roger Lucero, a devoted family man, passed away on February 8, 2026, in Globe, Arizona. He was born on April 27, 1942, in Los Cerritos, Colorado.
A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Louis exemplified the values of service and commitment. His career as a Mine Plant Manager was marked by hard work and a determination to provide a good life for his family. Louis took great pride in his accomplishments, finding joy in caring for his loved ones and creating lasting memories together and watching football.
He was a member of the American Legion and the Knights of Columbus, organizations through which he shared his dedication to his community.
Louis is survived by his son, Roger Lucero and his wife Cami, and John Lucero and his wife Janet. He leaves behind his beloved grandchildren: Ashley Kubik and her husband Tony, Remi Lucero, John William Lucero, Alyssa Aguilar, and Krystal Montano and her husband Joe, his sister, Anita Koury and her husband Michael, as well as his seven great-grandchildren, who brought him immense joy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luis and Pauline, and his sister, Betty Boyer.
Mass will be held at Holy Angels Church on March 14, 2026, at 10:00am. His Ashes will be interred in Colorado with his parents.
