Martha Talgo, of Gilbert, Arizona, was born on March 20, 1944, in Bylas, Arizona, and passed away on August 21, 2026, in Chandler, Arizona. She is remembered with love by all who knew her and by the family whose lives were shaped by her presence.
Martha attended Elementary Our Saviors Lutheran in Bylas and later went to high school in Fort Thomas. Through the years, she found joy in sewing, yarn work, beading, and quilting. These interests reflected the care, patience, and creativity that were part of her life, and they remain among the many ways she will be remembered.
She leaves behind a loving family who will continue to carry her memory forward. Martha is survived by her children, Nathanial Lomayesva Sr., Allen Ganilla III, and Glori Wilson, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who are part of her lasting legacy. She is also survived by her brothers Oliver Talgo Jr., Stevenson Talgo Sr., and Elliot Talgo Sr., and by her sisters Ethel Talgo, Joanna Victor, and Connie Kitcheyan. Surrounded by the love of family across generations, her memory will remain close in their hearts.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Timothy Lomayesva and Mario Lomayesva, and by her father, Oliver Talgo Sr., and her mother, Eunice Randall and grandson Nathanial Lomayesva Jr. Their memory remains joined with hers in the hearts of those who remember them all.
Services to honor Martha Talgo will be held on August 29, 2026. A viewing will take place from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 295 U.S. 70, Bylas, AZ 85530. The funeral service will follow from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Our Savior's Lutheran Church. Burial will take place at Blackpoint Cemetery, Highway 70 East, Bylas, AZ.
