Mary Julia Rivera

Mary Julia Rivera was born on July 6, 1940 in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico to Juan and Elena Gallegos and passed on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at her residence in Globe, Arizona.

Mary Julia’s family migrated to Kansas City, Missouri, and eventually resided in El Paso, Texas.

During her time in El Paso, Mary Julia met Paul Danny Rivera while he was stationed at Fort Bliss.

Paul and Mary married on May 14, 1966 in El Paso, Texas then moved to Miami, Arizona.

Mary Julia became a homemaker and had two sons, Paul Danny Rivera, Jr. and Mark Anthony Rivera.

Mary Julia leaves behind her husband, Paul D. Rivera, Sr., sons Paul D. Rivera, Jr. (Jessie), and Mark Anthony Rivera (Lillian), as well as three grandchildren, and brother Edward de Villa.
