Raymond graduated from Miami High School and later went on to serve in the U.S. Army from October 11, 1961, until his discharge on October 4, 1963. Following his military service, he dedicated his career to the mining industry. However, his true passion lay in his work for the Town of Miami. Raymond is survived by his daughters: Lillian Phillips, Victoria Levario, Cathy Levario, Penny Mata, and daughter Mary Ann Garcia-Reyes and her husband Johnny Garcia, and son David Levario and his wife Anna Levario. Additionally, he was a proud great-grandfather to Levi Morris, Bianca Morris, Cash Phillips, Olivia Phillips, Carmen Phillips, Stephanie Spurgeon, Alicia Spurgeon, Jaceyln Spurgeon, Kambria Mata, Kourtney Mata, and Andrew Aragon.
