With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Ricky Cayouette, Jr., a beloved son, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend, who left this world surrounded by the love of his family on March 20, 2026.
Born in Globe, Arizona, on January 30, 1990, he was welcomed into a life filled with warmth, care, and strong family bonds. He was raised by his loving parents, Linda and Rick Cayouette and supported by devoted grandparents and godparents who helped shape the kind and genuine person he became.
From a young age, he found joy in the simple and meaningful moments of life. He loved swimming, spending time with his grandma as well as playing ball with his grandpa. Like many kids, he had a big imagination and a love for Batman, which brought excitement and adventure to his childhood. He also enjoyed watching movies like Sister Act and the television show Cops, often sharing those moments with family.
Family was always at the center of his life. He cherished trips to Texas to visit relatives, creating memories that would last a lifetime. At home, he was a devoted pet owner, sharing his days with his beloved dogs, Molly and Daisy, and a sweet cat who brought him comfort and companionship.
As an adult, he carried his passions with him. He enjoyed gaming, took pride in collecting M&M memorabilia, and appreciated the simple pleasure of a good enchilada paired with a cold beer. After graduating, he worked with the People Pleasers group that helped to keep Globe clean and beautiful, there he built strong friendships and shared many meaningful experiences with his coworkers, whom he valued deeply.
He will be remembered for his love of family, his playful spirit, and the joy he found in life’s everyday moments. His presence will be deeply missed, but the memories he created will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Services will be held Saturday, May 2 at Holy Angels Church. Rosary will start at 9:30 with mass following at 10 a.m.
