Ruby Odita Garlinghouse (Weaver)

Our beloved Mother and Grandmother Ruby Odita (Weaver) Garlinghouse, left to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 4,2025. She is welcomed with open arms by her best friend and Husband William Lawrence " Billy" Garlinghouse, her son Jerry Wayne Garlinghouse, her Mama and Daddy Rollyn Howard Weaver and Myrtle Marie Weaver and her brother Herschel Eugene Weaver. She was born in Delaware County, Oklahoma on October 9,1926.

She is survived by one son: William Leon Garlinghouse (Maria); two daughters Elizabeth Suzanne "Libbie" Retts (Charlie), Anne Marie McConnell (Thad);12 grandchildren; Josh, Jojo, Jayci, Jessica, Dennis, Amy, Abby, Jerry, William, Guy, David, Tim.

 22 great grandchildren; Hudson, Stetson, Avery, Brooklyn, Noah, Ruby, Oliver, Jazmine, Alex, Maia, Gabrielle, Ivana, Danielle, Gabby, Amelia, Laura, Maricela, Guy Andrew, Frankie, Matthew, Desiree, and 8 great-great grandchildren.

Ruby lived a very full life and loved by so many! She loved the Lord and was always very active in her church.

Her hobbies and passions were judging the county fairs in the sewing categories and making many beautiful clothes and quilts to be entered in the fairs. She won many ribbons including countless best of shows and first place ribbons! She volunteered at the local hospital and was always involved with the school PTA's

Services for Ruby will be on Saturday, November 15,2025 at Lamont Mortuary viewing at 10:00am and Funeral Service at 11:00am with graveside to follow at Globe Cemetery.
