Shirley Ann Gilbert, age 66, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Hospice of the Valley Ryan House in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born July 16, 1955 in San Carlos, Arizona.
Preceded in death by her parents, Wesley Gilbert Sr. and Annie Polk Dennis; brothers, Anthony Gilbert Sr. and Elvis Gilbert.
Survived by her brother, Wesley Gilbert Jr. and sister, Julianna Dennis.
A wake will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2021, - 4:00 P.M. at the Gilbert residence in San Carlos, AZ.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021, - 10 A.M. at Grace Lutheran Church in San Carlos, AZ.
Interment will follow at Northgate Cemetery in San Carlos, AZ.
